Intern Night

Is there anything that needs to be redefined once again. How sure are you if the words selected to express the emotion that is being delivered are accurately matched?. What I mean is, the expression plays an important role in communication. Her facial expression says that she is in deep pain but the words are saying something else. And hereby, a question raise; Being a male I can take that situation and analysis into my muscular way. But this does not mean I do not understand and respect her emotions. As said in holy books, human are the creation of god. So far I understand, there most be different human introducing the word "Human" and "Male and Female".

God has created human not male and female. And if god has done so, that would be biased. And I believe that god cannot be that wrong. Male and Female are two different human who have two different perspective to analysis the same situation. Perspective Male;Lunch-chaser and Women;nest-defender. Being a human we need to respect each other. The only cooperation between these two human leads to prosperity and give recognition to the word "Dignity". How hard is that to cooperate if the feeling of proudness  hovers the human nervous system and dances non stop?. The thinking goes on and on and the proudness (mapai; Nepalese Language) leads you to a darkness of loneliness. However, you can fill your  life with humour and success if both the human cooperates. 

Cooperation gives birth to the concept of "Team Work". It furthermore, holds the pure meaning of effectiveness and the degree of outcome achieved with the continuous flow of work in any form. The outcomes need to be benchmarked with the amount of input being applied. This keeps a track for any organisation to make a smooth flow (monitor). Meanwhile, the constant growth of any organisation can also be taken into consideration with the continuous improvement tool. However, the focus is on a team work .

So lets define how a team is firm first. Team is build up with the humans as I have mentioned in second paragraph. Every individual working together without greediness makes an effective team and the communication plays a vital role to drive the phenomenon of objectives towards success as declared by any organisation. To be an active part of an organisation I most know Who I am and my potentials (Self-assessment, self realisation which means reflection to me). 

These emotions drive me optimistic to embark my career with an enthusiasm to be a part of an esteemed organisation as well as this motivates me of thinking of being a father. This in conjunction helps me to have a firm control over my work and life (Work-Life balance). Yes, i am ready for the Intern Night with all the positive vibes.

This is the way I am and these are all my learning outcomes linking to the real life experience. This reflection is highly influenced from the Project Management Methodologies subject that I have undertaken in Term 1 2016 at CQU and a book "Why Men Can Do One Thing At a Time and Women Cannot Stop Talking".
