ANGER IS YOUR BIGGEST ENEMY

“ANGER” is a “5” letter dangerous word so avoid it.



So far I know when we are angry our body trembles, voice becomes incoherent. Our thinking faculty becomes paralyzed, definitely our body gains weakness and sense becomes dull but for that our tongue becomes sharp.

Anger is a turbulent emotion which takes complete control of a person as if he is possessed by a ghost. It immediately gives a jerk to the person’s physical, mental and emotional balance.


Many of us may not know that when we are angry, our life energy gets wasted brain cells get damaged and blood pressure shoots. People shun the company of a person who are short-tempered. Anger can be described as a brief madness. As a mad man does not recognize his lunacy, an anger man does not realize that he is the grip of anger. He is always burning from within. It is rightly said, “Anger like acid, harms the container more than the person on whom it is known.”


When we are angry the biochemical released within our body organs gets accumulate as these are not digested. Non-elimination of toxic biochemical originating from negative emotion results in serious psychosomatic disease leading to depression and even harmful actions. On the other hand, healthy thoughts and positive actions strengthen our immune system and flush out all sorts of disease which are existing within the body parts. “Any body that angers you conquers you”. He throws you out of order and upsets your mind that frequently disturbs your peace and leaves a scar on your psyche.


There are three types of anger. One is that some people suffer from irritation and short temperedness born out of impatience or discontent. Their blood pressure is always on high pitch. These people remain calm superficially but their blood is always boiling. Second, there are persons who are angry but refrain from expressing their anger in words. This is “cold anger” but it starts eroding their physical and mental stop. And finally there is a third type of anger which is hotly expressed by words.


One psychologist rightly said, “Whenever there is anger just turn off the heart altogether by counting up to 100 and most probably the anger will pass off as the mind is diverted”. It is still better if one can chant some mantra or repeat the name of god. By meditation, one can get inner strength, peace and calmness.


For becoming successful in any jobs, profession or any business u are handling, sweet treatment is pre-requisite. Nobody is an island you have to succeed colleagues, customers, juniors and seniors. Its how you have to keep in mind and express through smiling face. If you are a sweet-tempered and well mannered, you can make the strangers your well wisher and supporter in no time.


Anger is only one letter short of “danger”. Anger is an obstacle in one’s career. It is not that anger that useless totally unless and has the negative points. The positive side of anger is that it helps to create a discipline in one’s family, school, society and office because if there is no fear of the administrator and if he does not show “ red eyes”. Aristotle said, “Anybody can get anger i.e. that is easy, but to be angry with the right person, to the right degree at the right time and in right way is an “art” to be measured.


Totally the Anger has to be eliminate in one’s life as it breaks families, friendship and ruins one’s career. If you will can eliminate your anger and take it positively that definitely helps you to make u happy and makes you successful in all walks of your entire life.
