Some of my experience in my life has discovered a useful fact of our life. First and foremost SLEEP enough. One of the most natural aspects of human life, sleep is something which the human system has been naturally conditioned to do. You do not need to look for sleep nor do you need to spend money on it the way you do for food. Yet today, sleep has become elusive to many and doctors and psychiatrists are minting money on getting people to actually get that shut-eye! For the body to function well and be active, all fitness and medical experts recommend 8 hours of sleep. To ensure you sleep well, try the following and I am sure it really going to work for your best but it is not always possible to implement all the points put down here, but you can work towards them to the best of your ability.
• Never go to bed hungry stomach.
• Regulate your sleeping hours keeping fixed times to sleep and get up.
• Sleep in a hygienic environment.
• Don't keep changing your place of sleeping and the pillow you sleep, try to .make it constant .
• Having a warm glass of milk at night helps you to sleep well but make sure that you don't have it if you suffer from acidity or gas related issues
• Avoid coffee and tea at night.


Secondly the best way to rest and unwind is TAKING A HOLIDAY. Now this can be done to suit my style or mood. I have found some of these options for me to hang out.


1. ADVENTURE HOLIDAY: This could be anything I am interested in from trekking, skiing, rafting, paragliding, a road trip, etc. While these kinds of holidays not only helps me but also for you guys and your body's endurance, they are also relaxing as they take me away from the monotony of everyday life. Over and above all this, they are extremely healthy as all these sports add to your fitness quotient.



2. HOLIDAY WITH NATURE: This could be adventurous such as a jungle trip, totally relaxing sun-soaked days on the beach or at hill station. Both are great and benefit to your body.


3. HOLIDAY WITH YOUR BUDDIES/FAMILY: This could be the best dude. Watch out it's party time-where you talk, release pent-up emotions, laugh, play and just chill.


4. HOLIDAY WITH YOUR PARTNER: This would be the best for you guys because my wife is at a distance. This is the one best way of having and spending a quality time with who you are in love.


Thirdly and lastly, the way to relax is INDULGE. There are my ways of doing so.


1. LAUGHING: I often watch a stand-up comedy, catch a funny movie or jus chill with friends and sometime just laugh like a ghost, hahahahaahahahaahahaaahahahaaaaaaa.


2. DANCE, SING, LISTEN TO MUSIC: Listen the music of your mood not only but also sing and dance along with it. All three are extremely conducive to relaxing and bring peace and happiness to your mind.


3. READ: Read whatever you like and wherever you want- it helps calm your tense nerves.


4. TAKE UP A HOBBY: Having a hobby is like having a trusted friend. It provides a break from your busy and stressed routine of life and can actually relax you like a sleeping pill. A hobby does not stress you as there are no compulsion and no deadlines; just full enjoyment. Take on anything you like as a hobby. A wonderful alternative is gardening, collecting coins or pictures of cars or bikes, visiting museums or library and swimming and even solving mathematical problems.
